Booking conditions
Weekly rentals
Weekly rentals require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is also a 60 day cancellation period. Additional fees may apply including a $50 registration fee.
Nightly rentals
Most of the nightly rentals available are not the units included above. They require a one night deposit upon booking and the balance is due when you check in. Once booked there is a $50 cancellation charge unless you cancel within 14 days of arrival in which case you would lose your deposit. There is an additional $50 registration fee.
All of these units are non smoking and they do not allow pets.
