Amelia's Great Escape - A 4
bedroom house with private pool just
off Duval Street Welcome to
the Beach!!!! No this house isn't
oceanfront! But in Key West almost
anything is possible. This house has
just been transformed into a relaxed
beach house with many updates &
upgrades. New furniture, cabinets
and appliances as well as a
redecorating of everything including
the garden to make this a great
vacation show place.
Enter the house with gingerbread
touches on the exterior to see a Key
West mural by local artist Rick
Worth. The downstairs of the house
feature the open living room, dining
room and adjacent kitchen all
leading to the back yard with a
comfy sitting area on the back porch
or lounge by the pool. There are two
master suites downstairs. One with a
dressing/desk area and bath ensuite.
The touches of color are everywhere
and make this a great retreat.
Upstairs, through a separate
entrance, you enter a fabulous
studio with queen bed and twin
trundle lounge sitting area. Tucked
behind a louvered wall is another
sleeping area with queen bed. With
the addition of a refrigerator,
microwave and full bath on this
floor, it's like having two houses
in one.
The house is priced for eight
people, but there is plenty of room
for up to 11 guests. The outdoor
pool area offers terrific sun in the
morning and a lovely cooling shade
in late afternoon. So enjoy the day
in a great escape!
