an authentic cigar makers cottage, is located a hop, skip
and a jump (just 1/2 block) from famous
Duval Street . It is
turn-of-the-20th Century old
Key West at
it's best. The property is within walking distance to
restaurants, night life, local attractions and beautiful
beaches it is not necessary to rent a car while staying at
Casa Louisa, although renting mopeds or an electric cart are
an attractive option.

Casa Louisa has a
full service kitchen with all necessary utensils as well as a
wet-bar with a mini-refrigerator. New upgrades to the home
include stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer,
granite counter tops, flat-screen TVs, satellite reception, and
VHS/DVD. The home has recently undergone a fresh, contemporary,
yet cozy restoration. |

The
cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths. The front
(master) bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bath. The
back bedroom is off the living/dining area, and has a queen bed
with private access to the second, shared bath. There is also a
king bed in the loft bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase
adjacent to the kitchen area. French doors in the living area
open out to the private patio and plunge pool. |
