Chelsea House caters to mainly couples, and most hotel rooms provide one guest bed.  A range of room sizes and amenities are offered.  Continental breakfast is included with all guest stays.  Other hotel amenities include free on-site parking, a large heated pool, and many relaxation spots around the property including decks, porches, the pool area, a secluded clothing optional sun-deck, and the shade garden.  All guestrooms are non-smoking.

 

 Guestrooms are located in three buildings, two of which are Victorian-style mansions built by local craftsmen over a hundred years ago.  Thirty-three guestrooms have been grouped into six categories that represent similar value.  Room styles include Economy Room, Standard Queen, Superior Queen, and Deluxe King.  Two Junior Suites offer more space and a kitchenette.  And for friends traveling together, there are several guestrooms with 2 Queens. 

 

Economy Rooms offer the lowest price for budget-minded travelers. These are cozy rooms with a full-size bed and private bath. 

 

 

  

Standard Queen rooms provide a queen-size bed, private bath with shower, television, telephone, hairdryer, and alarm clock. 

 

 

  

Superior Queen rooms add a bit more space and style, and a mini-refrigerator. 

 

 

  

Deluxe King rooms provide a king-size bed, private bath with shower, mini-refrigerator, television, telephone, hairdryer, alarm clock, and plenty of comfort and style.

 

 

  

Junior Suites are the most spacious rooms, and are very private. They provide a king-size bed, kitchenette (with cook-top, microwave, and full-size refrigerator), a sitting area, and French doors that open to a private porch that overlooks a quiet side street.

 

  

Rooms with 2 Queens can accommodate up to four persons.  These rooms provide two queen-size beds, private bath with shower, mini-refrigerator, television, telephone, hairdryer, and alarm clock.
