Built in the 1990's, The DuPont House is a two story hideaway on a quiet lane. Completely gated and fenced, your private pool is surrounded by tropical plants ablaze with color.

French doors in the living room and bedroom open to your private courtyard and outdoor shower.

The second bedroom and bath are upstairs, overlooking the living room. French doors in the bedroom and at the top of the staircase open up to two covered porches overlooking the pool and grounds.

Outside is seating for up to 6 persons. There is also a gas BBQ grill.
