You would never know that you are one half block from Duval Street in the heart of Old Town area tucked away on a private lane. 
Enter the property down a walking lane thru a gate into the pool courtyard area. 

The large house towers above with high ceilings on both the ground floor and upper level.  The house is relaxing retreat with a large sectional sofa in the living room with French doors opening to the courtyard area and the pool.  
The sun porch/dining room gives you lots of space for entertaining.  A separate half bath enjoins the living room Joining the main living areas downstairs is the third bedroom.  This room features two twin beds and has its own en-suite bath.

Walk up the stairs and gaze out the port hole window at the top of the stairs.  Two suites sit to either side of the stairs, each with its own en-suite bath.  Both are large rooms with towering ceilings and sitting areas within the rooms.  There is a queen bed in each room.  Walk out the French doors from either suite to the shared, screened balcony overlooking the pool.
