Duval Square town homes

Situated just off Duval Street these two bedroom town homes offer great facilities within easy walking distance to Key West's bars and restaurants and just 5 blocks from the nearest beach.  Ideal for your Key West vacation they come fully equipped and have a fabulous pool and undercover parking.  Many also have a private Jacuzzi.

Booking conditions

Weekly rentals - Shown above

Weekly rentals require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.  There is also a 60 day cancellation period.  Additional fees of $40 booking fee, $50 registration fee, $145 cleaning fee and $35 damage waiver ($50 for 3 bedrooms) apply on most of these weekly Duval Square rentals.

Nightly rentals

Our nightly rentals are shown towards the bottom of this list.  They require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due when you check in.  Once booked there is a $30 cancellation charge unless you cancel within 30 days of arrival in which case you would lose your deposit.  There is a one-off $50 registration fee and although a $500 security deposit is required this can be done by way of signing a credit card authorization form rather than paying this amount up front.  Extra person charges of $20 per person, per night apply for over 4 people in the two bedroom units or 6 people in the three bedroom.  Pet fees also apply if applicable.

All of these units are non smoking and the nightly units are pet friendly.
