Booking conditions
Weekly rentals - Shown above
Weekly rentals require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is also a 60 day cancellation period. Additional fees of $35 registration, $35 damage waiver ($50 for 3 bedrooms) apply.
Nightly rentals
Most of the nightly rentals available are not the units included above. They require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due when you check in. Once booked there is a $25 cancellation charge unless you cancel within 30 days of arrival in which case you would lose your deposit.
All of these units are non smoking and some are pet friendly.
