Booking conditions
These are nightly rentals - Rates are based on up to 2 people and there is a $20 extra person charge.
Require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due when you check in. Once booked there is a $30 cancellation charge unless you cancel within 30 days of arrival in which case you would lose your deposit. All of these units are non smoking and the weekly rentals do not allow pets.
