Booking conditions
Weekly rentals
Weekly rentals require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is also a 60 day cancellation period. Additional fees of $35 registration, $35 damage waiver ($50 for 3 bedrooms) and $50 condo association fee, may apply.
All of these units are non smoking and they do not allow pets.
