privacy. The upstairs centrally
air-conditioned unit has a queen
bed, full kitchen, bath with shower
and living room with full sleeper
sofa. The living room features a
large flat screen TV/DVD player and
has French doors opening onto a deck
with teak furniture and table.
The unit beneath
has 2 twin beds, full bath with
shower, mini kitchen with
under-the-counter fridge, microwave,
toaster oven, coffee maker, blender,
TV/DVD, central A/C.
The pink unit has
a queen bed and is in a
free-standing unit with French doors
opening onto the central courtyard.
The bath includes a shower. The
kitchen has a full size fridge,

At the rear of the
courtyard is the freestanding
cottage which features sweet
smelling cedar walls. At the
entrance is a beautiful mosaic tiled
20’ wall with a one-of-a-kind mural
of a Key West beach scene…with a
Mermaid! This unit features a full
size bed, kitchen with a full size
fridge, microwave, toaster oven,
coffee maker, blender, flat screen
TV/DVD, small sitting area/dining
table and wall unit A/C. The bath
