Booking conditions
Weekly rentals
Weekly rentals require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is also a 60 day cancellation period. Additional fees of $35 registration, and $25 damage waiver.
Nightly rentals
Most of the nightly rentals available are not the units included above. They require a one night deposit upon booking and the balance is due when you check in. Once booked there is a $25 cancellation charge unless you cancel within 30 days of arrival in which case you would lose your deposit. All of these units are non smoking and the weekly rentals do not allow pets.
