Corrections come first
Key West changes faster than a published guide does. Charter operators sell up, museums move their hours, the Dry Tortugas ferry adjusts its schedule, and a beach entry fee that was eight dollars last spring is not eight dollars now. If you have found something on this site that is out of date or simply wrong, that is the most useful message you can send.
Corrections are handled faster when they include the link to the article and the specific line that is wrong. “The Fort Zach entry price on your beaches guide is stale” is actionable in minutes. “Some of your prices look old” takes considerably longer to chase down.
Other things worth writing about
Planning questions are welcome, with the caveat below. So is feedback on the site itself — a guide that answered the wrong question, a section that was hard to follow, or a topic about the island that is missing entirely. Suggestions for what to cover next genuinely do influence what gets written.
Press and media enquiries can use the same form; choose that option from the topic list so it is easy to spot.
What this form cannot do
This site does not sell or arrange anything, so please do not use the form to book a room, a fishing charter, a snorkel trip or a ferry seat — nothing sent here reaches a hotel or an operator, and a booking request will simply go unfilled while you believe it has been made. Book directly with the business, or with whichever platform you prefer.
Likewise, this is not the Key West visitor centre, the City of Key West, or the Monroe County Tourist Development Council, and it has no ability to help with lost property, complaints about a business, permits, or anything requiring official authority.
Unsolicited guest posts, link-exchange offers and paid-placement proposals are declined as a matter of policy, and are not answered individually.
Response times
This is a small operation, not a staffed inbox. Corrections are usually acted on within a few days. Other messages are read but may not receive an individual reply, and a planning question asked the week before you travel may not be answered in time to be useful — the guides on the site are the faster route to an answer.
